Children and Family Service Division
Fostering children’s whole-person development and providing family oriented services are the core values of Children and Family Service Division. We provide services which can help to enhance and build up children’s personality and mindset. At the same time, we focus on enhancing the functioning and quality of parents as to bring them into full play.

We provide diversified services as to enhance communication and interaction with in families. Our Children Centre, Family Counseling Centre, Family Life Education Service, Parents and Children Hotline Service can provide suitable service to the community.

Integrated Children and Youth Service Division
We have four different Integrated Children and Youth Centres located in Fanling, Tai Po and Tsuen Wan. We focus on the development of youth and hope to develop their sense of responsibility by integrating the services provided in different units from a youth oriented approach. It allows our youth to strengthen their self-understanding and be prepared through various activities like voluntary works, leadership trainings and skills development.

In recent years, our service units are expanding their services in the community and hoped that it can enhance cross-sectoral collaboration and social cohesion.
