Community Development Division

Neighbourhood Level Community Development Project (NLCDP) is a community development services funded by the government. The NLCDP aimed to serve those neighbourhoods with insufficient welfare services and recreational facilities as to develop a sense of belongings onto those local residents.

As the government is starting different development projects in the northeast and northwest New Territories, residents living in these affected areas may have to face the problems of relocation and compensation. We provide pioneering services to those residents who are in need, which aimed to enhance the communication between the government and the local residents.
