Hoi Tat Lutheran Day Activity Centre cum Hostel

Introduction

Hoi Tat Lutheran Day Activity Centre cum Hostel have been established since 2023. The first of the mentally handicapped integrated day training and residential service units of Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service, we enhance their physical, mental and social abilities, improve their quality of life and facilitate their reintegration into the community.

Objectives

Provide individual training program to enhance their life skills and increase their quality of life

Provide hostel and catering services to reduce family caring pressure

Understand behavior and needs, improve parenting

Motivate family participation and develop partnership

Promote community education and build up a correct concept towards mentally handicapped persons in the community

Target

Age 15 or above with mentally handicapped person

Capacity

52 persons of day training and residential service

5 persons of day training service

Service

Skills life training, accommodation services, case counseling, nursing care, parents work, community education, residential respite service and Paramedical Service
