Lutheran Bliss District Support Centre (Yau Tsim Mong)
Introduction
Beginning from 4 July 2022, Lutheran Bliss District Support Centre (Yau Tsim Mong) which is second one of the District Support Centers for Persons with Disabilities (DSC), by adopting a district-based approach, provides one-stop community support services for people with disabilities (PWDs) and their family member/cares.
Objectives
It aims at enhancing the domestic living and community living skills for PWDs so as to facilitate their integration into the community through the provision of a range of community support services.
It also provides training and support services to the families/carers of PWSs so as to strengthen their caring capacity and to relieve their stress.

PWDs, age from 6 to 59, and live in the Yau Tsim Mong District

Individual or group training programs support services for PWDs to enhance their domestic living and community living skills.
Social, recreational and personal development programs for PWDs
Training programs/educational courses/workshops for families/carers of PWDs to enhance their caring capacities.
Supportive services to families/carers of PWDs to relieve their stress.
Service Hour
Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM– 6:00PM (Closed on Sunday and public holiday)
3rd Sunday of every month open at 9:00AM- 1:00PM
