Introduction

It is the 3rd aged home residential services for 118 elderly clients.

In March 2010 Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Wong Lutheran Home for the Elderly was converted into Care & Attention Home provided Continuum of Care (COC) with the aimed of providing 118 COC placements.

Objectives

Providing the residential and nursing care services for the elderly clients, so that they can enjoy a meaningful life.

Encouraging the elderly clients to develop their potentials and actively participate in the community activities so as to enhance their self-esteem.

Target

Undergo the MDS-HC assessment for screening the eligibility for admission.
