Family Friendly

To enhance employees' well-being, HKLSS provides a series of family friendly policies.

1. Maternity leave (1 week more, 11 weeks in total)
2. Paternity leave (5 days)
3. Escorting leave for family (Full-time: 2 workings days; Part-time: 2 working sessions)
4. No-paid leave (Family Status in need)
5. Full-time to part-time (Family Status in need)
